We went as we were told for 7 days on a tour to the Carpathians "Among the mountains a small (hell) sea."
Be careful 1 day is from 22:00 departure (Sunday). then 5 days of the program and a 7-day essentially all on the way home - you arrive on Sunday morning.
But this is not the worst. What upset me the most was that the accompanying girl (Nastya) said at the meeting in the square that she had no place in the minibus and she would not go with us. This is the first thing that alarmed and even then it was worth giving up such a trip. As it turned out, she just threw us in the bus without air conditioning, because she probably did not want to go.
All 20 seats were occupied in the bus. As a result, the guide who sat in the Carpathians, there was no place either, but the company's management took care of him in advance - they gave him a folding wooden stool! Imagine this - the guide is not young and how he felt on this stool for 2 days.
The management earned extra money in 2 places (escort and guide) and ruined our next vacation by lack of planning and information from the guide, although the money was taken in full.
Then, apparently, there should have been another guide, but apparently he refused such a fate and we went without a guide all the remaining days, and with quiet sadness looked out the window, no one said anything - a great tour for which I paid money.
All the negativity was exacerbated by the fact that the air conditioner in the bus did not work in the heat of +35. The management was called, but nobody did anything. Nobody was able to take the car to the service station. And we drove in suffocation dying from the heat for our money. When we opened the hatch to ventilate or close the hatch, when the barrel, the driver shouted why we are breaking the hatch, it is so expensive. Well, why not make the air conditioner before leaving ??!
Since there were no accompanying girls from the company or a guide with us for the rest of the day, the driver listened to all the negativity. And since there was no responsible person, the driver in Synevyr, after consulting with everyone, gave 2.5 hours (which is a lot) and when we arrived in Solotvyno, the driver just dropped us off and said a lot of bases, choose the one you like and swim - SUPER! And set aside 1 hour, because we did not have time. In the end, we bought 20 minutes of strength. The rest of the time I went to wash to get a snack.
DEAR MANAGEMENT OF THE company WHO should plan time ??? Are you a driver with vacationers ??? What do you get paid for that money? You run a very dishonest business with your customers.
If you are told that the number of your necklace is 5888 - it is better not to go to them - half of the seats do not decompose, the air conditioner is not working.
On the way home the necklace was broken, water was constantly flowing from the radiator and near Rivne it finally overheated and broke.
Fortunately, the company worked well here and sent us another necklace, which turned out to be even worse in terms of convenience, but the main thing for us was to get home somehow. We waited for him for 1.5 hours and drove for a very long time at a speed of no more than 60 on this bus.
Dear management of the company, if you continue in the same spirit, you will not see customers. I am no longer your client. Thank you for the spoiled holiday thanks to your conditions. And the Carpathians are usually very beautiful and pleasing.
