I think the dude dumped us .... awful! !!

Ordered a 6-day tour "Among the mountains a small sea" in the travel agency SMILE! THE WORST vacation in my life !! We had completely changed the course of the route. Instead of settling in cottages near the district center of Volovets, they lived in an unfinished hotel an hour and a half away from it, in a village where there was not even a place to buy food. The first days we were fed like pigs. The ascent to Hoverla was carried out without a professional guide and instruction, for which we again paid. Some excursion programs were either not completed, or some of them were without a guide. No organization! The price and conditions we were told in the travel agency did not correspond to what they really were. They stupidly stole money from us and brazenly lied! Neither the director of the company nor the head Vadim even tried to find a way out of the situation. It sounded - and what does not suit you! ? It is better not to organize in them, but only to close the mouths of those who speak negatively to them.

There will be no type of me - there will be a new sucker. This is not a travel agency - this is ONE GREAT GANG, where you will NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING TO ANYONE! I was convinced by my own experience! Give a moment. .. Refusing to pay the money for what we did not receive and trying to find out why everyone is not as promised to his address, I heard a lot of compliments (my ears waved) from the driver Vasyl Stepanovych. I want to celebrate it separately! He called one of the clients a scoundrel, a poor man, etc. in front of the whole bus. Very humane and competent! Such people only work with cattle, although he respected us in this respect. The culprits were never found. That is, people, if you want to lower your self-esteem, get a nickname, see how it should NOT be - go with SMILE, and be sure to check that Vasyl Stepanovych and Vadim were with you. Otherwise I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I hope no one will survive what we have on our long-awaited vacation. . .
