What upset me the most was that the accompanying girl (Nastya) said at the meeting in the square that she had no place in the minibus and she would not go with us. →

Ordered a 6-day tour "Among the mountains a small sea" in the travel agency SMILE! THE WORST vacation in my life !! We had completely changed the course of the route. Instead of settling in cottages near the district center of Volovets, they lived in an unfinished hotel an hour and a half away from it, in a village where there was not even a place to buy food. →

Two days ago we returned from a tour in Transcarpathia for the May holidays. I want to say right away that I saw negative reviews about Igor published on the Smile website, and therefore I was very glad that there was no person with that name among the employees of the travel agency. But it was not there! Already on the bus, we were confronted with the fact that the same Igor would be the leader of the group. →

The company was chosen because it offered a tour package to a place that interested me and my husband. Payment was made three weeks before the date of departure. We were confirmed the time and date (and place, respectively) a couple of days before departure, the day before and directly on the day of departure in the morning. But at 10 p.m. on the day of departure on September 4, sitting on the bus (which, by the way, did NOT live up to the promises at all - a simple minibus, only a little more, without air conditioning, the seats do not recline, not checked, narrow distances between the seats) we found out what we were eating TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT place - almost 200 km from the one indicated in the contract and confirmed by the owner of the travel agency several times by phone !!! We did not count on climbs to Hoverla and thermal springs (swimming), since our program and route did not provide for them, and we did not have clothes for this. →

We have already applied to this company before (last autumn we went to Lviv), so this time we went with Smile. At the office we were told in detail about the program in Transcarpathia. We lived in a private hotel, the cuisine is wonderful, I liked the opportunity to eat trout caught with my own hands, the sauna. Everything was amazing! The program is rich, very interesting and of course special thanks to Alexander, he is always ready to help. →

SMILY faces were recommended to me by my co-worker. And for this we thank her very much! I traveled with them in the summer to Lvov and in the autumn to the Carpathians. From each trip there was a huge pile of emotions and unforgettable impressions! Special thanks to Dasha, who traveled with us to Lviv and Anya, who was with us in the Carpathians, for not letting us miss the brightest moments of all the places we visited! It was also a pleasure to communicate with Alexander, who spoke in detail about what awaits us on each of the trips! It's a pleasure to travel with such a young team! Good luck and prosperity!. →

The organization of the tour at the highest level - the bus is cool, the drivers are real professionals - they managed to ride a double-decker bus where cycling is difficult :-), also lived in a nice clean room (Andrew) and fed very well) - for moral support during the conquest Hoverly))) And the guide Yaroslav for interesting information about all the places visited and answers to 1000 and one question :-) We are already planning the next trip only with TA SMILE))). →

We went with this company to Korosten for the "Festival of potato pancakes". Although little depended on the company itself except for the move, nevertheless, I would like to express my gratitude to the accompanying Anna, who, despite the weather and the fact that there were two buses for us, was still able to pay attention and answer all our questions. →

Terrible tour company! far from delivering what they promise. the bus is terrible, uncomfortable, small - rattler in a word. They promised hot water - in the private sector where we were settled, the hostess refused to turn it on for us. They promised a fan, and there was no trace. She practically did not allow cooking, she said that they were not paid extra for the kitchen, i. →
