I chose this company because I fell for advertising about European standards. The service is similar to any other tour operator in Ukraine: the same overpriced rate when paying, the same transfer, even worse, since the buses are huge, and therefore they collect a crowd of tourists longer, the same violent shopping trips, instead of quickly delivering tourists to the hotel or airport. →
I want to thank the girl Victoria Gurinenko for a well-chosen hotel in Belek and, accordingly, a wonderful vacation, the working day ended at 20.00, but the girl suffered with us until 22.00 and never showed us this with her appearance, although she was also pregnant. Judging by the fact that the company sold a tour to the Club Marco Polo hotel in Turkey, in which it is simply impossible to live because of the smell of sewerage in the rooms, etc., the company absolutely does not inspect the hotels to which it sells tours, does not evaluate the quality of service and the condition of hotels, but simply concludes contracts with whom it is more profitable and sells tours there. →
We bought from TUI, but the tour operator turned out to be Join Up!
