Through TUI, we purchased a ticket to the Turkish hotel Papillon Belvil Belek for a vacation with a 3-year-old child. This hotel had a holiday experience last year. Upon arrival, BEFORE THE DOOR of the transfer bus (although, as it turned out, the operator knew about the situation earlier), we were informed that the cooperation between TUI and Papillon Belvil was terminated, according to the contract - they have the right! We were given as many as ... ONE (ONE) option - Limak Atlantis, which, according to the TUI representative, was "better", but in fact, for families with children - an order of magnitude worse, which even the hotel employees recognized! There were about ten families in the hotel who settled here instead of Papillon. They refused to provide another version of TUI. Through acquaintances in Ukraine and journalists, it was possible to achieve resettlement after 3 days. Again, they offered as much as 1 option - TUI Magic Life Waterworld, which was better than the previous hotel in everything except the kitchen, but also inferior to Papillon in everything! ONLY US was relocated! Compensation was denied. The result is a rest spoiled by the operator, draw your own conclusions.
