I chose this company because I fell for advertising about European standards.
The service is similar to any other tour operator in Ukraine: the same overpriced rate when paying, the same transfer, even worse, since the buses are huge, and therefore they collect a crowd of tourists longer, the same violent shopping trips, instead of quickly delivering tourists to the hotel or airport.
Departure times for charter flights are being pushed back all the time.
I advise you to carefully read the Agreement, it says, for example, that the time of your departure can be postponed by 24 hours, and that the company is not responsible for anything, the tourist is always to blame for everything.
