We went with the company on a one-day tour "Maslenitsa in Pereyaslav"! To say that I liked it is nothing to say! Everything is super: bus, guide, tour guide, walking! Very friendly service in the office also pleased. A huge plus of the company is the price-quality ratio - for little money we got emotions for the year ahead! I was very interested in the tour to Chernobyl and the seaside vacation in Skadovsk. →

I want to write about the trip of our children from Volnovakha to Kyiv on December 19, 2017. I want to write in defense of the travel agency: the roads were covered with snow, the group moved around the city by metro. On New Year's Eve, we decided to please 30 children with a tour of the city of Kiev. We live 800 km from the capital. The tour operator offered us an introductory 4-hour tour of the city, with a visit to all the sights, a tour of the factory of New Year's toys (which is very useful for the New Year's mood), a comprehensive 2 meals a day and (most importantly) a comfortable bus from the morning meeting at the railway station until the evening departure to the railway station. →

Our gifted children in the amount of 30 people were supposed to be met by a bus at the railway. station in Kiev on December 19, 2017 and arrange an unforgettable one-day vacation for them in Kyiv, namely a tour of the Christmas tree decorations factory, visiting wonderful sights and, most IMPORTANT, everywhere had to be accompanied by a bus from the railway. →

The only plus is everything is on time. We went on a tour to the Buk Canyon. In the description of the tour, "Picnic" was indicated, which, after buying the tour, changed to "Light Buffet", in front of the canyon, the guide mentioned it as "Compliment" and in fact there was 30 grams of wine near the bus and candy .. The description of the sights that can be seen during the tour do not match their description on the website. →

We bought a tour for the holiday weekend "Shatsk Lakes and Belovezhskaya Pushcha" in this company. We do not want to say that we did not like the excursions, but the organization of the tour leaves much to be desired. Start over. . . We purchased the tour about ten days before the start. Since the move was at night, they promised a comfortable bus, good places. →

I went to the factory of Christmas decorations. I liked everything, the organization is good, the price is attractive (for the same price, other companies offer only a visit to one factory). I recommend :) I'm not defending anyone, but never judge a travel agency on one trip. →

When I made a remark to the guide in the correct form and said that it was enough to glorify Russia at every turn, he began to be rude to me and said that I could complain anywhere.
