As in the previous review, we bought the Buki-Alexandria tour, took a taxi for 80 UAH, arrived at the Palace of Ukraine, stood in the rain for 40 minutes, the bus still doesn’t exist .. as a result, the guide comes up and says “There will be no trip, the bus broke down ".... I can understand everything, but do you really not take into account such force majeure . →
We were going on a one-day tour (Buki + Alexandria), the cost was acceptable 159 UAH + 45 UAH entrance tickets. Upon arrival at the metro Palace Ukraine (8.00), the guide, who had to wait, said that the tour was canceled due to a bus breakdown. Therefore, we must call back from the travel agency and offer the same tour on another day or a refund. according to the guide, we were supposed to call back within 30 minutes, but no one called me back until 20. →

I bought a tour for "Buy a discount" for 199 UAH to Vinnitsa, where I left a detailed review, which was deleted safely. Oh well, I'm not too lazy to write the truth again! The organization is normal, the accompanying girl is smart, answered all questions and solved all problems.
