I want to write about the trip of our children from Volnovakha to Kyiv on December 19, 2017. I want to write in defense of the travel agency: the roads were covered with snow, the group moved around the city by metro. Of course, this is inconvenient, but what if it would be better to get stuck somewhere in a snowdrift, as some mothers write above, that a bus was not allocated. You probably never got into such situations, and my wife and I once stood in a snow drift until the morning. So I think that the employees of "Svetlana Tour" qualified in this situation. Kyiv was shown to the children, personally my son came satisfied, my wife talked with other mothers and their children are also satisfied.
