JUST A NIGHTMARE!!!! AND HORROR

Travel agency AT Zaporizhzhia, Shevchenko boulevard, 18 "CAM" - SCAMMERS!!!! who SCAM by providing terrible hotels to inexperienced tourists. And we ended up, unfortunately, at this agency, without reading it in advance and trusting the manager of this terrible agency !!! asked to find a tour. We were offered a hot ticket to Turkey by the Matiate Hotel 4 *. Kemer. Firstly, the Employee does not know anything about the conditions that are included in the tour, but promises the client that everything will be at the highest level. !!!! And coming to this HORRIBLE HOTEL. JUST A HUGE disappointment. When you go to a hotel advertised as first class, but actually see dirty rooms without working air conditioners with MOLD, it's not happy. I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel!!!

1. We paid for a standard room, but settled in the garden BUT on the third attempt. First, they were drained into a chicken coop overlooking the garbage. The room had mattresses on bricks in the corners of the fungus and mold. It stank like a pigsty! (from everyone who wanted to get their number they lured about $ 60) At the reception, a Turkish woman speaks through her teeth.

2. The plumbing is terribly old, the toilet drain button worked every other time. The shelf was broken. Mold. The door to the balcony opened and closed very poorly. Dirt everywhere, not cleaned even after previous tourists. spots.

3. No cleaning even for money, toilet paper, if it ends, will not be brought either.

4. Music until 00.00 is torn so that it is not possible to sleep.

5. The tablecloths in the dining room are dirty and stained. The dishes are always unwashed. Flies fly and land on food, which is again waiting for you on the shelves the next day, it is not even removed.

6. In addition to watermelons, there was nothing from fruit. Sweets are tasteless. Sausage is all soy. Alcohol in plastic glasses (beer and powdered wine)

7. The beach is small and miserable. Dirty, not cleaned at all. Sunbeds are broken. Not enough for everyone, you have to run early in the morning to take a seat.

8.Vending machines with coffee/powder/ also work every other time, as they are very old.

9. There are few umbrellas near the pools.

10. No one replenished drinking water in the room.

And many, many more cons.

Qualified managers are always aware of possible problems with hotels, they will not hide anything. AND RISK YOUR REPUTATION. For them, the main task is not to sell a one-time tour, AND RIP MORE MONEY, but to earn the trust of a client who wants to come back again. THEREFORE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO COOPERATE WITH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR NERVES!!!!
