I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE TOUR OPERATOR MYSELF

My name is Moharebi Mahin (Maya). I am a dentist. My colleague and I leave every August in one country of the world and there was no problem. This time we are going to Montenegro. I hope the tour operator will tell the truth. Buy at st. Pavlovskaya 26/41 tour package. This is the official representative of the tour operator CAM. We bought before the summer. I wanted to be exactly in Budva and therefore asked that the woman in the tour agency choose a good hotel and without meals. She chose the hotel Elena and said that last year all of the company was; that it is in the center of budva and we were told about the best 3 * hotel. And that they cut your hair and everything wakes up OK. Before leaving, I went to the tour agency again and asked what the exact hotel Elena was in Budva and in the center. She said Yes!

Yes, they cut us off. We drive through Budva and they take us even further. They took us to the village, namely the village of Rafaelovich. the road and out of the transfer ended. The rest of the road nada pishkom walk!!!!

The hotel was clean. I'll tell you how they removed it! The cleaning lady cleaned the floor and the hillock was flustered. She cleaned it in our presence. They didn’t change white and platenci more than once. When they stirred up, they said Yura (this is the owner); he said that she is like that and there is nothing to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no place to walk in this village in the evening. There is no club and no entertaining programs. Tom is not even there, but only for a Soviet retirement vacation. We were shocked because the tour agent (CAM's assistant) knew that we had a youth vacation.

The last day at 9:30 we were thrown outside at 38 degrees and moisture. And our flight is at 18:30. An hour later, Yura (Khazain) drove us out of the shop to tritoria and said that there would be a new group and there was no place for you and said go for a coffee; despite the fact that our chamedans are willing to go to the hotel !!!!!!

At 16:00 you rushed up to the top of the road. My heart ached. The road is mountainous and difficult to climb in such heat.

In short, not rest but punishment. when I returned, I immediately went to the agencies and asked that you know where the hotel Elena is located? She will say in Budva !!!!!!!! she smiles when I tell all these horrors and does not even apologize !!!!!!! I am shocked by the tour company SAM and I do not advise anyone. They are either deceiving or they don’t know anything at all. In both cases, you can’t take a ticket from them.
