We wanted to go on an excursion "Oposhnya - Dikanka - Poltava" on her birthday with my wife and parents. Almost three weeks phoned and registered on September 29th. Two weeks later I arrived and made 100 percent of the advance payment. The day before the tour, the date was moved to September 30, we were offered to go either on 30 or 29 on another tour, or to return the money. It would seem that everything is correct, well, something didn’t work out, but it turns out that the groups recruited two for both 29 and 30, and then they simply chose a more advantageous situation. Do we deserve such an attitude?
