Tour Kharkiv - Kyiv - Alexandria Park (replaced by Mezhyhirya) -Uman -Kharkov.
The tour was a success, but not thanks to the travel agency and the guide Inna, but in spite of it. It's just that the positive from beautiful places outweighed all the negative.

1. Interesting tour, beautiful places, and Mezhyhirya only improved the tour
2. Experienced drivers - Alexey Ivanovich and Sergey, where necessary, took control into their own hands. You can eat on the bus.

1. When ordering a tour, no one even asked for names, respectively, no one wrote out insurance for us, and thank God, we didn’t need it.
2. The date of the trip was postponed 2 times, as a result, the Alexandria Park was also replaced with Mezhyhirya.
3. The guide Inna, who is also the co-owner, as I understand it, was absolutely not ready for the trip. All her accompaniment consisted of stories - we are passing Poltava, we invite you here for an excursion with the company. There were quarrels between tourists because of the place and time of stops in which she preferred to remain silent. Initially, it was said that the entrance to Mezhyhirya costs 20 UAH. upon arrival it turned out to be 120. We paid ourselves, and did not regret it. But this must be forewarned.
4. The extreme degree of greed of the travel agency = Mercedes bus, but not very convenient, hotels are the cheapest, but you can spend the night for 1 night - the bed is clean, there is water. Only breakfast at the hotel "Kyiv" - vile pasta)). And the worst thing is that having made a mistake with the price of a ticket to Mezhyhirya, Inna incited us to quarrel with the administration and demand a discount because there are a lot of us. Although the price is clearly printed on the ticket. And the guards said that if the company had ordered tickets in advance and indicated children and pensioners, then they would have discounts of up to 50%. As a result, we all bought a ticket ourselves, and then fought to snatch the remaining 20 UAH from Inna.
I won't go anywhere else with the Lighthouse.
