excursion to Soledar

3 weeks before the start of the tour to Soledar, I went to the site and registered / booked the tour. After a while, a confirmation email arrived. On June 1 (5 days before the start of the tour) I came to the office to arrange a tour. When asked about the reservation, I received the answer "you are not on the lists. Booking from the site does not work. This is only a reminder generator for you about the excursion, and that only payment at the office has a reservation deposit." On making comments on "online booking" from the site, I met a bunch of response criticism. Then there was a refusal to arrange a trip for us, for which he demanded a complaint book. I received it with great bickering and not wanting to give. After these actions, the office workers began to threaten us allegedly "by adding us to the black lists of non-exit clients. That not a single travel agency will work with us, etc." From such a turn of events, I didn’t go crazy. Parted with nothing. Nice firm.
