'Merry Carnival'

March 16, 2013 decided with a friend and children (two adults, two children) to go to Shrovetide in Dikanka. Our guide and organizer was Inna. Everything was going well until we got on the bus. Our seats were almost at the end of the bus, but not quite. There were two more rows of seats behind us, which very soon were occupied by a large female company (apparently they work in the same organization, according to conversations in the hospital), which lamented for a very long time that they were not all sitting together, since their seats were at the end of the bus (in most ) and two seats ahead. They tried to change places with people and even connected a guide to this, who said: "I'll think of something." For a long time I could not understand what the problem was. It turned out that people went on an excursion not to learn and see something, but simply to "swell". We did not have time to leave (and it was 7-40 in the morning), and the booze began - cognac, vodka, Russian salad, cucumbers. And then the songs that drowned out the guide's story. Guide Inna did not react to this in any way. It was only after a few remarks from other people that they fell silent, and the booze continued the entire time we were on the bus. When they turned to the guide on this issue, saying why you allow such actions, why you don’t warn about proper behavior when making a trip (although they are adults !!!!), the answer was stupid: "but this is a combined group." I just don’t understand why, having paid for a certain excursion, I, and even more so my child, should look at such imposed disgusting.

Now about the tour. The program was very busy, the time to visit the churches, the monastery was 15-20 minutes. How can you manage to visit the church during this time, look around it, put candles there if there are queues and see the tombs or ancient icons and the unique carved iconostasis in the temples of the monastery? All at a gallop. We hurried to the theatrical performance "Maslenitsa" .... It was cold, it was impossible to just stand and watch the performance of the artists. We wanted to drink tea, but there was nowhere to even buy it, not to mention pancakes. The organization is disgusting.

According to the schedule, departure from Dikanka is at 17-00, in fact, the beginning of the seventh evening. Scheduled arrival in Kharkov -20-00, arrived at the beginning of the tenth. And some people were connected with suburban transport....

The trip left a negative impression. I will never do business with Mayak Travel Agency again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
