The organization of the tour is not very good, the driver was late. I could not answer a single question, but what she told was different from textbooks and from the words of other guides. It is very difficult to name a topic in which she would understand. →

Tour Kharkiv - Kyiv - Alexandria Park (replaced by Mezhyhirya) -Uman -Kharkov. The tour was a success, but not thanks to the travel agency and the guide Inna, but in spite of it. Guys, this is a failure! For such an organization of the tour, even an assessment is impossible. We went last Thursday to the Sorochinskaya Fair. The guide rushed about uncertainly with shifty eyes, and, apparently, just did not really understand what she was doing here. It took us a long time to figure out which bus was ours. The bus itself is just a nightmare: torture flies, seats fall apart, the microphone flickers. →

She found them on the Internet at the time of the 10th year. A trip to the sea, Azov. Kirilovka. the promise of a comfortable bus is a lie. We traveled by two minibuses ala gazelle. Closely. No where to put your feet. The backs don't recline. Two night shifts. A night in cramped quarters with terrible conditions of passage. That's not all the charms were yet. →

Lighthouse - just class! I would like to thank the organizers of the excursion to Soledar to the mine on 11/17/2013. We had been planning a trip to the mine for a long time, and signed up at Mayak 2 months in advance, paid at the office, received tickets, as well as all instructions for the tour. Indeed, the tour turned out to be very interesting and the mine itself was very impressive, the facility on duty with all the troubles: helmets and escort of medical staff, in general - an intriguing sight! And the descent itself is just an unforgettable attraction! Thanks to Mayak, everything was great, and the bus was big, soft - at least 50 seats (there were empty seats - you could ride lying down))). →

We went on an excursion with the Mayak travel agency, recommended by friends. We have long dreamed of going, but the tour is quite rare and tickets always run out quickly. The trip went well! The whole family is very happy, we walked around the mine for 4 hours! First there was an excursion, and then free time, you could warm up, play football, and the girls were offered to do aerobics and breathing exercises. →

9.11.2013 We went on an excursion Opishnia-Dikanka-Poltava. At the meeting, I immediately liked the guide, without even starting to tell! We got together on time and set off on the route. The most interesting thing was that there were 9 people on the bus, there were a lot of empty seats, we were still surprised that there were so few people, we thought they were late, but no. →

On this trip, unfortunately, the good weather and good mood did not even save us. Our guide was Olga, we must give her credit, she tells a lot and very interestingly, but as an organizer, she didn’t like it very much. We did not look at absolutely anything from what was stipulated in the trip program. Maybe the problem is that we ended up on a holiday, or maybe because of the human factor, but, apart from the museum of weapons and a tour of the island, we didn’t see anything else, no overview of the city, no promised theaters, no boat trips. →
