I bought a rest in a boarding house pearl in this vile place. When I arrived I was shocked. Room beach bathroom in the room area is just awful! Doesn't match the pictures on the website at all. Dirt and full "scoop"! When I turned to the company Laspi with a claim, the deputy. director Irina told me that everyone is resting there and it's okay, you can endure it. →

I bought a ticket for my child (10 years old) to rest in the Laspi children's camp from 08/07/2012 to 08/27/2012. at the same time, it was stipulated that the child was traveling by train with a group of children and train tickets were also ordered through the Laspi travel agency. When buying a tour, the manager strongly recommended not to give the child the original certificate with them, they say just a copy is enough, and the original may be lost. →

The manner of communication. Customer support is HORRIBLE! I booked a room in a boarding house on August 23, the manager did not send me a confirmation. I wrote an e-mail. address of those support. And instead of offering me possible payment options during the weekend, he asked me the question "How am I going to pay for the reservation if the banks are not working?" I should ask them this question, not they to me. →
