Worst travel agency ever!!!!! A ruined vacation.

I bought a rest in a boarding house pearl in this vile place. When I arrived I was shocked. Room beach bathroom in the room area is just awful! Doesn't match the pictures on the website at all. Dirt and full "scoop"! When I turned to the company Laspi with a claim, the deputy. director Irina told me that everyone is resting there and it's okay, you can endure it. When asked about the return of money and termination of the contract, she informed me that the only legitimate reason for this was the death of a tourist. May God bless them all in this firm to experience the same attitude and level of service. 8300 hryvnia for 7 days in a similar place is torture for your own money! So let them honestly write on the site for masochists with nostalgia for the Soviet Union and the service of those times! Just awful. I will take a photo of the fungus in the bathroom of crumbling plaster and rusty flowing taps and contact the consumer protection society !!!
