The manner of communication. Customer support is HORRIBLE! I booked a room in a boarding house on August 23, the manager did not send me a confirmation. I wrote an e-mail. address of those support. And instead of offering me possible payment options during the weekend, he asked me the question "How am I going to pay for the reservation if the banks are not working?quot; I should ask them this question, not they to me. Corresponded with Maxim [email protected]. I ended up calling another tour. an agency where I politely and correctly answered all my questions and offered to choose the payment option that would be most convenient for me. I will never use Laspi again! There is no desire to cooperate with travel agencies for which the client is an empty place.
