September 5, 2012 was returning from Bulgaria (Sozopol-Kyiv). The boors spoiled the mood - the drivers. The drivers were 6 hours late. Then for a special thank you .... they transported everyone to their apartments in the cities. They were supposed to arrive at 19, but they arrived at 23-40 in Kyiv. Barely had time in the subway to get to the train station. →

from 06/17/2013 to 06/24/2013 my husband and I visited Bulgaria, Sunny Beach, not without the help of a company whose bus transportation services you NEVER recommend to ANYONE -Il Tour. The vacation was planned back in early March, so we contacted a local tour agent in selecting a hotel, country and resort. I convinced my husband that the bus is not the worst, albeit cheaper, option for a trip, as I had previously traveled abroad by bus and there was not even a doubt about the comfort of the trip! On the day of departure, we arrived in Kyiv at the station. →

Tour operators stop working with "iltur" in bus transportation. Emotions are just overflowing! Hearing the word Iltur immediately arises anger and all that is negative emotions! It's impossible to describe everything. But briefly like this: When boarding the bus, for 3 hours they were looking for travel documents, vouchers for settlement and insurance, which the drivers "stuck" somewhere and forgot that they received them. →

We bought a tour to Bulgaria at "ILTUR". We saw another water from Vinnitsa, another water appeared. We drove normally to the cordon from Romania, so we didn’t lie that the bus was on different sides. The most extreme passage appeared on the roads in Romania, at night. From the village of Maksinі, those who had to eat were drunk. About 5:00 a.m., our bus was thrown over. →

Buses have older drivers. We went there on a neoplan, you can still go. But back ........ The bus was 1.5 hours late. It was raining outside. It was dripping from the ceiling in the cabin. The air conditioner did not work as it should. all or no one. The same problem with the light. Every hour and a half stops are incomprehensible. The drivers are rude. →

In early August we went to Bulgaria. Firstly, our travel agent was not warned that the bus was from Kyiv, and we had to go by train to Odessa and wait for the Kyiv bus there. Landing was carried out outside the city, on the highway we waited for our bus for 2 hours (fortunately, a representative of the company drove us there). Secondly, a bus that was not previously announced, but a completely different one, drove us to the Ukrainian border and dropped us off. →

I am not writing from myself, but from friends who went on tour with this company. I booked myself for September. They were extremely satisfied despite the fact that there were problems on the road. Maybe the travel agency just didn’t properly explain what a bus tour to Bulgaria is. Yes, the bus was not very new, it was delayed on the way there for 5 hours and 6 back. →

. Ile-tour is a horror. On 24.06 we departed from Odessa instead of 14.00 at 20:30. We stood outside the city under the polishing sun. The promised cafe for tourists is not even in sight. They deceived the travel agent, they said that there is a place to wait for tourists, to go from the railway. station 20 min. the bus is comfortable. In reality, it was a field 7 km from Odessa, 40 minutes drive. →
