With this review, we want, first of all, to warn other travel agencies against cooperating with such an unscrupulous, irresponsible and completely unprofessional and dishonest tour operator as ILTUR, as well as to share their negative experience of working with him. We are a travel agency that has been operating in the travel market for over 7 years, and we met with such horror for the first time (hopefully for the last time) ( We booked a holiday in Bulgaria through ILTUR for 3 families of our tourists, and in every situation we faced a great organization of work by the tour operator at all stages of cooperation - from booking a tour package to returning tourists from vacation. →

Enough time has passed and I decided to write my impressions of a trip to the sea in Bulgaria. The son has already grown up and decided to save on travel this time, we went by bus. The agency took shape, opened our visas and it started ... It turned out that we will have ILTUR as a tour operator. I read the reviews and only our manager Irina persuaded me to go - I read so many negative things about buses that I decided to abandon the trip, but surprisingly everything was fine. →

My wife and I started planning our vacation again in the new year and came across a lot of negative reviews about Iltur. Frankly, it's disgusting to read. It feels like someone specifically writes one negative. We never write reviews about a good holiday. but now let's write. Firstly, the fundamental factor of our time is the price, and the price of iltur is much lower than that of other operators or resellers. →

The only company in Kyiv that even undertook to look for me tickets for an air flight to Greece on the island of Rhodes for the May holidays 2 days before departure !!! AND FOUND!!! RESPECT!!!! →

The second trip this summer to Bulgaria. From the first one, which was conducted by New Travel (Hot Tours agency, Kyiv), there were pleasant memories. So pulled on the second race.
