With this review, we want, first of all, to warn other travel agencies against cooperating with such an unscrupulous, irresponsible and completely unprofessional and dishonest tour operator as ILTUR, as well as to share their negative experience of working with him.
We are a travel agency that has been operating in the travel market for over 7 years, and we met with such horror for the first time (hopefully for the last time) (
We booked a holiday in Bulgaria through ILTUR for 3 families of our tourists, and in every situation we faced a great organization of work by the tour operator at all stages of cooperation - from booking a tour package to returning tourists from vacation. About shortcomings in work, calculations, shortcomings and, in general, negligence both to the fulfillment of their direct contractual obligations to the travel agency and to the tourist in particular, and to the overall organization of the work process as such.
Problems and misunderstandings always arose: several times we were billed with incorrectly calculated value, incorrectly calculated the cost of visa and consular fees, on the way from Ukraine to Bulgaria and vice versa, several times one way bus broke down and tourists stood almost all day somewhere on the tracks, in the middle of the field, in the heat, in the rain, hungry, cold, tortured, scared and could not even get adequate explanations from the tour operator about the reasons for such a delay and deadlines. There was also a situation when , the driver could not pay for gasoline and people from 6 am and until the evening waited until this problem is solved and they can go on. The phone calls in ILTURA were either not answered at all, or they assured that everyone had already settled down and the problem had already been solved.
One family, in general, refused to be accommodated in a hotel, citing the fact that they are not on any lists. After keeping the tourists in the corridor all evening, they were settled, but in a completely different hotel, much lower level. The managers of ILTURU themselves offered us this hotel as a good 4 *, and then, as it turned out, settled our tourists in another hotel, which was located next to the one for which people paid money. ILTUR does not neglect even such speeches as providing false and unreliable information to its travel partners.
In short, it is possible to talk about how unscrupulous and, at least, dishonest tour operator, very, very long.
Do not pay attention to the low prices it offers - believe me, cooperation with him will bring you and your customers only problems, negative emotions, complaints and spoiled vacation !!!
