Horror! My husband and I ordered a tour to Uman. On the phone, the girl said that she would send payment details and that only after payment would she tell the bus number and departure time. I paid for everything. By the evening before the day of departure, they called me back and said that the tour was canceled. They offered a trip around the Kharkiv region and a bunch of other nonsense. I refused and asked for my money back. Neither that day nor the next, no one returned anything. We've called three times already. First, we were asked for the details of the card to be returned to. Then they tell us to come to the office on Monday to get the money. Then they say to send them the card number. As far as I understand, no one thinks to return anything. Not only did they screw up the weekend, at the last moment saying about the cancellation, but they also shake their nerves. By law, this is already a fraud article. I wait a day and go to the police.
