A 100% scam...

I bought tickets to Greece, found a reasonable price from this agency, everything was agreed upon with the manager. They demanded a 100% prepayment both ways. The departure was from Lviv, when we had already bought tickets to Lviv for the bus departure, paid for the hotel reservation - the manager called and said that we needed to pay an additional amount of more than half the price that we had already paid. There is no time left to look for an alternative. I had to pay extra. Subsequently, the manager no longer answered our calls; we learned information about departures in the last hours before departure. On the way, we learned from the carrier that he did not exceed the fare and did not require 100% prepayment. The vacation travel agency charged us 100% of the money for the 7th tour with accommodation and meals, and we just wanted to buy travel. Pure scammers. I don't recommend contacting them. Read reviews on other sites about them.
