Great organization!

We went with this office to Italy, Rome, departure on the 22nd. Organization is not good!! Until the very arrival in the place, the name of the hotel was a mystery; upon arrival, 8 people (including me) from 44 ended up in the hotel, calling a Felina 3*, without an escort and were thrown into custody. The number of the table is small, so that it is not possible to place the bowl in a separate place, with only light furniture and 50 cm of free space on the skin side. There was no shafi, just a similar hanger with five broken hangers. There was no hairdryer, no refrigerator, no kettle, no working air conditioner or TV. The bathroom of the room is of the same miniature, the toilet is simply not suitable for a regular person. It’s impossible to sleep properly, because right under the eyelid the tension of the skin goes out, and there’s no way to fix the eyelid, because the air conditioner isn’t working. When booking the tour, we were told that the beaches were desert-free, but that was not the case. Beaches are paid for an umbrella with a sun lounger per day costs 15 € per day, with your own cover you will see.

There are no catty beaches, but there are not enough of them and you just need to joke around, they might be just right for your hotel. There are no claims to the level of satisfaction, modestly but deliciously. Make sure you arrive promptly at 8, because there won’t be anything available later (snacks are scheduled from 8-10). From the booked excursions we chose Rome and Florence, the cost of the trip was 70 euros. The tour program announced that Rome will have an excursion to the Colosseum, so we will go inside, the guide announced that around 70 € you will need to pay 18 € for an entrance ticket to the Colosseum, 3 € for an audio guide, and spend on What about transport? It was good because they wanted to go there themselves. 140€ (for Rome and Florence) we were immediately given to the accompanying Oksana. The day before the excursion to Rome, we learned from other tourists on our bus (we live in the same hotel and don’t know anything) that there will be no excursion at the Colosseum, since it was necessary to book tickets in advance, Oh yeah, the office didn’t bother.

So for 70€ you had to travel 6 years one way just to stand by the Colosseum. Not only that, Oksana didn’t beat us to the fact that there would be no Colosseum, but she also decided to give us money when they told us that we were planning to go to Rome, saying “I’ve already paid for everything!” Oksana informs us that a group of 22 people (which is the minimum number of people for a trip) did not arrive, and the trip to Florence was already ruined, but after this excursion they turned back. And before speaking, the office collects 3 € each time you go on an excursion and they give you an audio guide (such a small player with a headphone) - it’s a shame. During the entire hour of our stay at the hotel, Oksana never came to see us and asked us to take a photo of her snacks, because she needed it for publicity. Oksana is absolutely incompetent as a support person!

The person, being behind the cordon, was not an Englishwoman, she may not have known the evidence for all the food, but she did, but the information was unreliable and such hostility arose that the person first went beyond the cordon! I also went with my two young children, and I marveled at them, and I had to marvel at my group of 44 people! When we were going to Venice (to enter at the airport) we needed to buy tickets for pulling, we arrived at the station, Oksana went to buy tickets, obviously, she didn’t know how to deal with it, the problem was fixed (or maybe that’s that they simply don’t work on Saturday, and the office didn’t “deign” to clarify about the price), standing only as a machine that had seen receipts. In the bag, we wasted 2 years of our free time, which was too little to spend in Venice, waiting while Oksana sorted out that devil of a car.

Everything was not organized, we walked chaotically just like a herd of sheep, because no one knows anything, we managed most of our food on our own. We were also told that we had returned from Kiev on June 30 at around 5:00 p.m., and we arrived on July 1, about 5 a.m., people who had bought tickets for purchases were in shock, because it was already impossible to buy new ones in a day! I am no stranger to such greedy trips! I won’t give this office to anyone!!!
