It has long been a dream to see the "Buk Canyon" with my own eyes, somehow I could not escape on vacation in the summer. And now for 3 years that happy moment has come. Agreed with a friend, knocked out her son, and 26.07 paid for an excursion on 04.08 from Kharkov to Uman. The cost is 780 gr. per person, not a lot, but not a little. When paying for services, she turned to the travel agency "Oberig-Tour" since she had already been taught from "100%". But I was warned that they could put tourists from this travel agency to us, that they practice this. They assured 100% that the "Oberig-Tour" was carrying them, they promised a bus for 50 seats with air conditioning (it's been hot for 33-35 weeks already) and a guide.

When on 03.08 in the afternoon I received an SMS from the company "at 100" with the meeting place, the make of the car (WHITE MERCEDES) and its number, I already felt a catch ...

Departure at 21.00 from Kharkov, we arrive at 20.45 and just all the tourists come to a stupor. From the promised from the manager from "Oberig-Tour", in fact, the SMS from "to all 100" coincided only with the number of the transport, since it cannot be called a bus ... Buksky canyon, at 16.00 we are there, at 19.00 departure to Uman for the fountain show (three times we emphasized More than in Vinnitsa) and at 7.30 we are in Kharkov.

In fact: we were given a Gazelle-type minibus. Air conditioner? From where, we should not have been given it, the collection began with a huge scandal with the manager. When I asked (and not only me) where is our promised Mercedes, they answered me: HERE! With great indignation, I began to contradict that I can distinguish Merce from the old Volkswagen trough. They laughed insolently in my face, and made facial expressions that ALL GOOD!

After the scandal, they sat down and drove off. Of the 18 tourists, 3 children of 10 years old, two teenagers and two pensioners.

In this trough, the heat is incredible, the distance between the seats is very small, there is no luggage compartment, all the bags are under your feet. There is nowhere to put your feet, a lot of inconvenience, a spoiled mood, the bus is buzzing like a beehive, everyone is indignant. We were taken by some devil through Kyiv, they gave us an extra circle of more than 100 km. there is a draft in the bus due to open windows and hatches. They didn't give us a tour guide! On the way, the driver informed us that the plans had changed, first the canyon, then Sofiyivka, then the fountains! In short, with a super ride, we got to the canyon by 8.00 there we were really met by a local guide. Then the driver says: he leaves for Sofiyivka at 14.00, pick up all your bags, I'll sleep, don't wake me up ... Imagine our faces! The bags are not light, we took food for 1.5 days, towels, swimwear, water, etc.

The guide is great! The tour swallowed up all the punctures, the guy cheered everyone up, told a lot of interesting things, everyone was bought and, under the impression, returned to our wrecked house, because against the background of those buses that brought other tourists, it didn’t look different ...

We arrived in Sofiyivka, where we were looking for a guide for half an hour. Hooray! We found it... It would be better if we didn't look for it... They slipped some idiot, 0 communication skills, 0 information about the park, all we heard from him was: I'll tell you everything later, I'll show you everything later. As a result, my girlfriend and son, and some other tourists fell behind and went for a walk, each on his own. Because there was nothing to listen to. The same phrases and promises to tell.

The driver, as usual, kicked us off the bus, got ready to sleep, said the collection was at 19.00

In short, it was horror, heat, all with these bags. In the canyon, the 1st pensioner surrendered (became ill), they arrived in Sofiyivka, the 2nd tourist was knocked out (the woman had a heat stroke), the children were tired, the parents were nervous. Hooray! 19.00 everyone rushed to the bus. We sat down on the fountains. We arrived in 15 min. And then the driver issues: wait until 21.30. Take your things, I left, I'll go for a walk, at 19.20....

We waited in shock and psychos for this show - I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE BIG SHIT IN MY LIFE! Wait almost 3 hours, because of 15 minutes of some ordinary fountains with colored lights. God! Such a haze... We have been standing near the opera house for decades, almost the same. We left Uman with shouts of URA at 22.30

Back again trampled through Kyiv. Why the hell? So I didn't understand. In the bus, everyone is exhausted, tired, hot, nowhere to put their feet, everyone is nervous, indignant, but everyone is warmed by one hope - finally the way home! The time is not early, sleep took its toll, and if few people slept on the way to Uman, then they began to switch off to Kharkov, though some like it, some semi-sitting, some in a ball, some in the fetal position, some in the pose of a chess horse. The picture of the spectacle is, of course, terrible. And then, when almost everyone fell asleep before 2 am, the driver begins to read the seeds, not reacting at all to the claims of tourists. Halfway down the road, I stopped at a dead gas station and said: we’ve been standing for 40 minutes, I was about to go to bed. After many indignations and humiliations that we endured, he also began to mock. We got to Kharkov at 9.45 in the morning. We got off the bus like beaten dogs. Travel agency "for all 100" and "Oberig-Tour" is one and the same shop. They fall on them the 2nd time and the picture is the same. They just make money by humiliating and mocking people. Bypass them on the 10th road. Don't ruin your vacation. In short, our vacation was spoiled for all 100! But the Canyon is worth seeing with your own eyes!!!
