Terrible travel organization

Booked 4 seats on the bus a month before the departure for the passage "Kharkov-Berdyansk Spit", "Berdyansk Spit-Kharkov" Made an advance payment. The organization of travel to the Berdyansk Spit went well. But it was not possible to leave the Berdyansk Spit safely. The day before departure, the manager called and said that we had booked a reservation for two seats, not four. Although I have four according to all documents. They promised to check and call back. As a result, no one called back either in the evening or on the day of departure. I myself called and wrote several times to find out if everything was in order with the seats and find out the bus number, and in response I received - we will clarify and call back. As a result, half an hour before the departure time indicated in the documents, thanks to our own efforts and unrealistic nerves (after all, we have a child and we sat for two hours near the road waiting for their calls), we managed to knock out the bus number. Then it turned out that for some reason we had to leave the railway station, although according to the documents there is a spit and we were waiting on the spit. Then the driver said that he knew that we would ride in his bus yesterday. Then why didn't anyone call us and tell us the bus number??? Very incompetent managers. They hang up. If not for my persistent calls and clarifications, we would not have left at all. I will never contact this travel agency again and will dissuade everyone I know.
