They called back to the travel agency, reminded me about tickets. As a result, an employee of the travel agency Aksiniya brought the tickets in an envelope to the first platform before the train left. Without opening the envelope, I asked - is everything all right?!!!! I was told everything was as you asked. And Aksiniya left at a rapid pace. Conclusion - they brought us tickets to the upper shelves of the reserved seat and in different cars. I had to personally negotiate to switch places! And tell me why do I need this hemorrhoids, and even at the very beginning of the journey? We did not descend into the promised mine. And to the canyon too .... The whole excursion was pulled out again by the professional guide YUGOKA Vladimir! Thanks to him, emotions brightened up .... And there are huge claims against the company .... What does it have to do with when you start complaining to them - they answer that they don’t hold on to “YOU” and hint that they say you can ride with whoever you want. A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT LOVE ITS CUSTOMERS should not exist for a long time!!!!
