Booked a tour to Bukovel.
There were a couple of conditions that I asked for and for which I paid extra.
1. The room has one large bed and one small bed.
2. Ride in a compartment with 3 people in one.
The office said we'll do everything, don't worry.
The day before departure, I called to find out that everything was fine (I called 3 different employees in the office, the person who put us on the train in Kyiv and the person who met us at the IF) and there were no jambs. The staff of the tour company said everything is fine, do not worry, everything that I ordered, everything will be so.
On the day of departure, we arrive at the railway station, we approach our train and it turns out that we and some other people have the same places for a total of 5 people 4 places. What do they have in the boarding that we have the same. A conflict began with people, everyone wanted to get what they ordered. We call the office, they don’t pick up the phone because it was 19 o’clock and they work until 18. The person who was supposed to sit us down said we’ll decide everything, don’t worry after 30 minutes of disputes, nothing has been decided. She ran away from the train and said the conductor would decide everything. The train started moving, the conductor comes and asks me to go to him in his compartment where we sat down and had a drink with him. the conductor does not know where I slept and how I got there.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the room was with 3 small beds, again not what I ordered! But I was lucky with the amenities they had in the room, which I was very happy about.
On the same day, I begin to find out what and how it happened. I was told I'm sorry, but everyone was always happy with everything, one I'm dissatisfied with. And that they were not obliged to put us in one compartment. All photos of the correspondence will be added below.
I ask to contact their manager so that he would explain why I paid the money and did not receive what was agreed upon. They tell me to write a claim and our manager will contact when it is considered.
For the sake of interest, I ask back we are going, as we agreed 3 of us and we are in the same compartment, to which I get the answer no. Two people in one compartment one in another.
I asked to solve this situation so that we would go to 3 in one compartment, since we paid for it and don’t want to go, it’s not clear with whom it was 3 days before departure. The answer was immediately received.
My question was never resolved, and I was driving in another compartment, and as evil as hell, 3 smelly men were driving in the compartment, who were also snoring.
In general, I do not recommend this service, because you will not be able to relax. Who will need proofs, knock on the PM.
