Travel agency: Відпочинок на всі 100% (Kharkiv) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
I bought a tour in Transcarpathia for 2 people.
I paid 1000 UAH in advance for compartment tickets, since my husband is a citizen of another country and I wanted to provide as comfortable travel conditions as possible.
The day before departure, the agency gave me tickets only to Lviv, and told me to pick up the return tickets in Lviv from the guide. Upon arrival in Lviv, when I asked the guide about tickets, she bulged her eyes at me and said that she had no idea than I say.
Then we all went with the group to Transcarpathia and there was no longer an opportunity to call the agent for many reasons. We thought we would solve this issue upon arrival in Lviv
On the day of departure from Lviv home to Kharkiv (departure at 17-40), I call the agency at 10 am and calmly ask where, from whom and when I can pick up tickets. The manager asked my full name and date of birth and said that before 13-00 she would send them via Viber and call me back immediately. The time on the clock was probably 11-40, I decided not to wait for an answer and wait so long and called the agency to find out why it takes so long to reset 2 photos via Viber. I was already answered by another manager, who again began to ask my full name and date of birth. We talked and the manager said that they would call me back soon. In general, I called them probably 4 or 5 times until the moment when I realized that there were less than 3 hours left before the train left and something had to be done, since my husband's visa was open for another 2 days. That is, there could already be serious problems for her husband with the Ukrainian embassy.
At 2:00 pm I call the agency again and when they ask me again for my name and year of birth 5 or 6 times, I am, as they say, “carried away”. This under-manager mockingly asked me “why are you so nervous??? Calm down!” What happened next is easy to guess! Either Kirill or Igor was still trying to bark something, to which he received a very intelligible answer and a threat of losing his license, etc.
Then he said that in 2 hours I would have tickets on Viber.
Okay, I'm waiting for another hour, an hour and a half ....... Having received nothing on Viber, I call again. Time 15-40 (The train leaves at 17.40!!!) Again I am talking with the new manager. Again I hear these fucking questions about my date of birth, etc.
By the way, all these non-managers are sitting in the same room and probably already knew what happened. The rudeness and derision they spoke with was simply amazing! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life!
In short, after I called my name and surname for the hundredth time, they again tell me that everything will be done soon.
At 16-15 Viber is still nothing ........ I call them again and after 15 minutes they send me 2 tickets on which I notice that the time for purchasing tickets is 16-31 and 16-36 That is, they were bought were immediately after the end of our last conversation and there were about 45 minutes left before the train left.
Okay, then we go into the car and........... “Oh, gods!!!” The car is a reserved seat. Charles!!!!!! And on top of that, no air conditioning! 26 hours in a smelly reserved seat with the windows closed and 40 degree heat!!!!!
Upon arrival in Kharkov, my husband and I went straight to the agency,
Initially, I wanted to smash all this under-office with all the under-managers to smithereens, but I decided that I had enough of all the stress that I, thanks to them, experienced. I just wanted to look at these faces offended by the intellect and take the money for the unused trip in the coupe.
After they returned the money to me and asked ‘why did such a situation even take place?’ I was told that Vasya, Kolya, Dima were to blame, but they had nothing to do with it. Here's how to trust these people in organizing trips???
By the way, I never received an apology.
that's probably all.
I sincerely hope that my review helped to reveal the picture of what this office is and the people working in it.
