We ordered a tour to the Carpathians (relax tour) from this tour company. It all started from the train station in Lviv, I’m silent for the train, not only was the meeting late for 40 minutes, but then she was still looking for our transfer to the hotel for 20 minutes, as a result, we had to get to the hotel in 15 minutes, settle in, buy up and change clothes. And then it takes about 7 minutes to get to the center, since we have an excursion at 17:30 (the train arrives at 16:11). Then everything didn’t end, at 8 in the morning we went to the Carpathians, our tour was relaxing, and we were sent to the cheese and wine, as we

the group of witnesses is very large. As a result, we were seated on three different tours on different buses. Fortunately, the guide and driver were experienced and funny. For which we thank them. Everything continued when we returned to Lviv. On the last day, in the morning, a transfer was supposed to take us to the station so that we could leave our bags, but it was not there. The girl who met us on the first day (Julia) called and said that she was busy, you need to call the carriers and agree, collect money from everyone and pay off. And then she will find us on an excursion and return the money. The question is brewing for .... I need it, to solve someone's problems. Outcome: mood nikchertu, rest spoiled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to approach this agency even for a cannon shot, and even more so to deal with them.
