Naturally, the mood immediately fell. In return, I was offered to go next time for a 50% discount and a refund. After that, I decided to call the number for information attached to that sms, a girl picked up the phone, who clearly stated that this trip would take place. She checked the lists and found me. I thought it might be some kind of mistake. In short, I waited all day, the money was never returned to me. I decided to write to the manager on the agency website. He said that the tour was canceled because the second bus was not collected. That is, it turns out that two groups had to go from Kharkov, the second group was not collected in order to fill the second bus. And they lied to me that the bus broke down, and this trip is cancelled. Although I will mention - I booked a tour for a month. In general, in the evening I got a call from a girl named Ira, who tried to bring the situation to naught. I said that I would go to their office and we would sort it out on the spot, and that they would return the money to me. She promised to return the money, the next trip for a 50% discount, the best places are in short RAZVODILOVO! Money under my pressure, still returned, but the sediment remained.
