I bought a ticket to the Sorochinskaya Fair, 1) the microphone on the bus did not work, at first I listened, and then I got tired, 2) according to the Triumphal Arch program (we drove by), the guide "intelligent lady" Elena Georgievna (answered the question why they didn’t stop, answered " Well, we drove past it "?!?!), 3) Kochubeevsky oaks, once again a reference to E.G.: "We don't have time", the driver was not experienced, due to the fact that he did not know where to go we were very lost a lot of precious time, with the same success I could go by car myself! I called the agency and demanded compensation, I'm still waiting !!!! it's not about money, but about attitude.
