I went this month with this travel agency to Uman. everything was great! the office was well received, everything was told and explained in an accessible way. Thanks to the manager Angela! The guides in Sofiyivka and Buka Canyon were just wonderful. it was comfortable on the bus, the driver Sergey is just super! did not let everyone get bored and it was a lot of fun to ride the bus. But the escort was just something, she went with us 1 time, she didn’t explain anything, she didn’t tell. did not fulfill her duties, the driver did everything for her. and everything went just fine! I will definitely use the services of this travel agency.
