We went to St. Petersburg, 27.07–02.08.19. We must pay tribute: a selection of excursions, place of residence and budget - a good combination of price / quality, but the organizational part disappointed:
1. There was no Internet, which was included in the cost of the trip, on the bus (something was messed up with the cards). As a result, they voluntarily-compulsorily watched a primitive youth movie, and on the way to St. Petersburg, this session lasted until 1 o'clock in the morning ...
2. Excursion to Tsarskoye Selo (main program). The escort did not warn the group that the entrance opens at 12-00 and it may take 5-6 hours to stand in line. We found out about it on the spot. Thank God, they stood "only" 4 hours at a temperature of 14? Why haven't people been given this information and the right to choose how they spend their time?
3. Visit to the Kazan Cathedral (main program). It was torn down. The duration of the visit was 5 minutes due to unprofessional organization. Instead, there was a mandatory half-hour visit to the supermarket to buy sweets ... What is that? I paid for the cathedral, not the supermarket.
4. Accompanying Olga is an open, good, kind person, but the level of work disappointed. She created turmoil and confusion, does not have the necessary information, cannot clearly and competently present it. She was not able to collect people on the bus, because she does not know how to voice the meeting time into the microphone in advance, while the whole group is in the car. In addition, with the words in the lexicon "pipets", "booze", "your mother" to take people on a paid tour does not add credibility.
5. Drivers. The eldest - Igor - is calm, adequate, he drives a car confidently. Young Ruslan was driving “aggressively”, the car jerked, excessively talkative, arrogant, managed to be rude to people of the age from the group, in the lexicon - mate. In general, drivers every day (and not without strong words) sorted out relations with Olga for the whole bus, where and how to go, where to park and how many liters of diesel fuel it would cost them to pick up a group in one place or another - there was a feeling that they were doing you a favor for your money.
6. Strange problem with stops when moving. Again - people are not given information about how many stops there will be, when. On the way back, already after the Moscow Ring Road, for 6 hours, people were forced to “endure”, although we drove through a lot of gas stations and cafes with paid toilets. What was the problem, and remained incomprehensible ...
In general, it was difficult to call the atmosphere of the trip a vacation. Will I go with them again? I doubt.
