1. Departure of the bus on the site at 7.00, by phone at 7.15, in the receipt from the passenger at 7.30. The bus was late for boarding.

2. On the eve of departure (as promised), no one called, I had to call myself three times and clarify the information.

3. Places on the bus are not reported to the tourists, so boarding is carried out by self-capture with a scandal.

4. The bus after dry cleaning had wet seats, because of which the clothes got wet and the trip itself was extremely unpleasant.

5. The microphone did not work because of which the guide could not work.

6. The manager warned that meals would not be organized, but the group was brought to a second-rate cafe for lunch and taken away without letting them drink paid coffee.

7. The tour is not according to the program, the tour program is poorly drawn up, as it was written in the review on the page "Poltava ..." in May. No response from the organizers.

8. Neither the driver nor the guide is responsible for anything. Small conflicts all the way.

As a result:

1. Bus service - unsuccessful, excursion. service - bad.

2. A persistent feeling of deep irritation from such "work".

It is a pity that the "company" is located in a bustling place near the metro and not a single client will regret his choice.
