The rest on the Sea of ​​Azov turned out to be worse than one could imagine. I clearly stated to the manager what I want from the rest, the manager wrote everything down. Three days before the trip, the girl called me back and demanded an additional fee for the air conditioner, which turned out to be so ancient that it had a remote control it didn’t even come with the kit, with my height it was problematic to turn it on (it hung over the door). The shower turned out to be with cold water and in a terrible state, I had to bathe the child myself in the room in the basin. We were also offered to pay extra for the bed, and then my nerves could not stand it! I called the manager and heard that it turned out that I was warned that the base was in a terrible state! When and who warned me remained a mystery to me! When we were driving home, we found out that we are not alone in this opinion, people who rested at other bases offered by the travel agency were no less outraged. It's a shame that for my own money they ruined my vacation so much.
