Unfortunately, recently it has become completely impossible to work with the company. An unjustified huge list of documents for visas, the need to send back and forth several types of questionnaires several times, the constant rudeness of employees (especially the director of the Kiev branch!), As well as the inability to get through to the company office and at least find out something. All phones and addresses are encrypted, there are no contact details of the accompanying persons in the information sheets - call the office, listen to the beeps! Apparently, the company's employees are simply afraid of tourists :). As a result - visas not submitted on time, trips cancelled. I do not argue and do not deny that the company's tours themselves are quite successful, people often like it. But this approach to work and attitude to agents makes you think that the company is moving smoothly towards another high-profile bankruptcy. For ourselves, we decided that we would no longer work with them. Fortunately, there are enough experienced and stable operators of bus tours on the market, including in Lviv.
