Olga - caring, correct, patient, responsive - despite the various requirements and whims, and even the bad mood of the passengers, everything was thought out by her, there were no delays anywhere either with accommodation in hotels or with excursions to historical places, she always gave the maximum full exhaustive information, and, what I especially want to note, she did it with a constant smile on her face. →
