The first trip left me with a lot of positive emotions and not a single comment, which cannot be said about the second trip. I agree with the opinions of many tourists that almost 80% of the success of the tour depends on the leader of the group. →

I leafed through all the reviews about the tour company and somehow I was even surprised .. Anything, of course, happens. But I didn’t think that so much negativity happens with the Accord ... We rested as a family 3 times with Accord. These were bus tours. The first covered the countries of the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland. The second Austria, Hungary and Italy. →

Good day to all! I really want to share my impressions of the Austria-Italy trip, and especially about the organization of the tour by the wonderful Accord-tour travel agency. Firstly, the head of the group Olga Zhuravleva. Dear "Accord-Tour", what did Olga Zhuravleva do wrong to you, that you severely punished her by sending a group of tourists to accompany you? And what was the fault of more than 30 people who ended up in a group led by this girl? Olga, as the leader of the group, is absolutely incompetent, indifferent and uncommunicative. →

I went on tour with Accord. I'm delighted, this is Rome! Thank God she came back alive. We were given a broken bus that constantly broke down, every day, we either sat in the field for an hour, then once for 5 hours we waited for another bus to pick us up, and small daily half-hour breakdowns every 100 km are the norm. + to everything in the 35 degree heat, the air conditioner did not work, we just cooked on the bus and going outside at 35 degrees was cool for us. →

The day before yesterday I returned from the Alpine Mix tour. In quiet horror, to be honest. And although we can be considered lucky - visas were opened and the tour program was not changed, thanks to the leader of the group - Alexandra Polozova - the trip was, to put it mildly, difficult. This careless irresponsible girl managed to ruin everything she could: incorrectly assigned places and times of departures, gave incorrect information, made stops for 40 minutes in places without toilets, was rude, blamed the group for everything, and at the end simply charmingly ended our tour with the words: " I close the bus near the railway station in Lviv and will not let anyone out until one more person gives me a feedback form" :) even headphones with the loudest music saved, the journey in places was very similar to torture. →

Together with friends, we decided to go on a tour of Germany, France, Belgium. In mid-April, they handed over money and documents. On June 9, the trip was supposed to take place, but it was canceled, the company offered to go on a different route. We decided to agree, especially since train tickets were disappearing. But this tour was also canceled, we had to return tickets and lose money. →

I read negative reviews and did not believe it, because I went through this company many times and everything was fine. But now I am convinced that much of what they write is true. I chose a tour and a date for myself, and when I saw a discount on it, I immediately (in the morning) made an order through the operator. It was Thursday. Until Monday, for some reason, there was silence, and on Monday they answered that the order was not confirmed because there were no places. →

Good day to all! 06/03/12 our large group went on a tour of several European countries, visited Hungary, Slovenia, Italy, San Marino. The leader of our group was a very young girl Anna Veselova, and the drivers were Mikhail and Ivan. There is not a single comment about the work of these people - real pros, correct, sincere, cheerful, not a single delay in checking into hotels, assistance, including physical assistance from drivers, and Anna simply amazed with her knowledge of everything that tourists asked her about . →

I decided to go on the tour "The Ways of the Bremen Town Musicians" (from 9. 06. 12 for 9 days). Before its registration on 11. 05 in the travel agency-agent, according to the representative of "Accord", I was told that there were places left in the second half of the bus. It's not scary, I submitted the documents. On May 14, the agent said the tour was confirmed. →

The tour was called the Czech Republic - the conqueror of hearts! from May 27 to June 2. Liked it very much. Group leader - Oleg Smychenko - PROFESSIONAL GUIDE! On the way, he talked about the cities and countries that we passed, check-in to hotels was clear and well-coordinated, he explained everything in an accessible way on excursions and fees. It's a pleasure to travel with such a leader! The drivers were great too! All liked it. →
