Olga - caring, correct, patient, responsive - despite the various requirements and whims, and even the bad mood of the passengers, everything was thought out by her, there were no delays anywhere either with accommodation in hotels or with excursions to historical places, she always gave the maximum full exhaustive information, and, what I especially want to note, she did it with a constant smile on her face. Pan Roman is a virtuoso in his field, as well as a polite, friendly specialist, always friendly and correct. Tour guides to historical sites also want to give the highest score for their dedication to their work, for their cordiality and hospitality! Pani Margarita from Chernivtsi, Pan Taras from Bakota, Pan Arseniy from Kamenetz-Podolsky, Pani Elena from Kremenets (unfortunately, I don’t remember the rest by name) - a deep bow to you from grateful listeners !!! As for the organization of the tour itself - that is, complaints! Trains run from Nikolaev to Lviv every other day, in addition, the train arrives at 12 noon, when the tour is already starting, so I had to go a couple of days earlier. And at that time, neither the leader, nor the place and time of the start of the tour was known! I had to cut off the phones, unfortunately, no one gave complete and accurate information, of course, this caused unnecessary excitement. I also didn’t like that when boarding the bus they were forced to hand over things to the storage room, this is only in order to conduct a tour of Lviv! And then with these heavy bags I had to drag myself back to the same bus! The tour itself is excellent! The hotels are wonderful, some better, some worse, but overall - good! And I would also like to know in advance on which tour exactly who will be the guide. For example, if I ever go, I would like to get back into Olga Datsyuk's group. Olechka - good luck to you!!!
