The guide Ulyana, who was nicknamed "nima" by the tourists, didn't tell anything about the country, that place that we saw, didn't behave professionally, allowing tourists to be rude, respectful, etc. →

This company was recommended to us. It was the worst decision to go on a bus tour. The manager said one thing, in the end it was completely different (the bus was old and terrible, the guide Yulia Susol does not know how to manage time and we miraculously managed to catch the train, only thanks to the fast work of customs officers!). We will never use this company again! We trusted you, hoped for professionalism, but in the end we received complete disappointment and spoiled impressions of the cities. →

Strongly cunning#$%th tour operator. The site has a very large range of tours (more than 300), but 95% of them do not go anywhere. Closer to the start of the tour, you will receive a notification about 10 excursions (not necessarily to the countries you wanted to). They call this a guaranteed tour. Since most tourists have already planned a vacation, bought tickets (departure for the tour only from Lviv), they usually collect these 10 tours. →

I tried to leave my review on the official website of the Accord Tour, but to no avail - only positive reviews get there. Mine wasn't. Family traveled to Hungary for 4 days. The tour program itself and all the guides .... everything was on the level and I liked it very much, but a disgusting hotel became a "fly in the ointment"! And disgusting food! In Budapest, we were placed in the GRIF hotel -3 stars . →

Half a year ago I paid them 180 euros, I was already sitting on my suitcases, they called recently, the trip was canceled because they could not get the number of people.
