Bad hotel and terrible food, otherwise no complaints

I tried to leave my review on the official website of the Accord Tour, but to no avail - only positive reviews get there. Mine wasn't. Family traveled to Hungary for 4 days. The tour program itself and all the guides .... everything was on the level and I liked it very much, but a disgusting hotel became a "fly in the ointment"! And disgusting food! In Budapest, we were placed in the GRIF hotel -3 stars ... I don’t know why they were given them - this is a rare viper! Hostels are better and cleaner than this hotel. Grif has terrible furniture, repairs, stained carpets, towels with holes, and the main indicator is that there are no Europeans, only Africans, Indians and ours. Everyone was very tired, they settled late at night and there was no longer the strength and sense to swear. The buffet was: not appetizing scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, butter. There was no choice of food and many left hungry! No fruits, no pastries, no meat, no fish .... In terms of drinking - an automatic machine with three buttons: 1-orange and not juice poured into the glass, but a drink like yupi from our childhood, 2-grapefruit and you get the purest water no signs of color, taste or smell, 3-epl and then .... about a miracle - apple juice (tastes like our Sadochek). The only thing you could drink there was coffee. And the next day the menu was no different! I am sure that if (God forbid) you have to live there for a month, then you will be fed scrambled eggs and sausages for a month. Accord saves too much! I will never go on vacation from this company again. I wish everyone good impressions from the rest, and the Accord-tour to work on the mistakes

P.S. If you are relaxing with children, then be sure to visit the zoo in Budapest. Of the excursions that are included in the tour program, I really liked the baths in Miskolc Topolc, unfortunately they have very little time, it would not be bad to take this moment into account for Accord
