Question for picky travelers :)
UAESharjah
Dear travelers! We really need help from those who were recently in Sharjah. According to your "hot impressions" I ask for advice.
I'm going with my son to the Lords Hotel Sharjah, I took only breakfast. My questions: 1. FOOD. Where can I feed my baby and have lunch and dinner myself? How much does one meal cost? 2. NAVIGATION. I'm afraid to get lost :) Do they sell maps in Russian or English with the names of streets and / or significant places. Can someone post a link to print it. 3. PURCHASES. We need specific addresses where you can buy CHEAP, but QUALITATIVELY from LOCAL Craftsmen: a sheepskin coat, jewelry, home textiles, shoes, a bag, clothes ... ATTENTION!! ZARA and others are not interested in chain stores, they are in bulk in Moscow :) 4. Well, those who were in my hotel can give valuable advice :)

Good afternoon! Stayed in this hotel in April 2012 with my family. For your questions:
1. I advise you to pay extra for dinners, or buy them yourself (as well as lunches) at the hotel upon arrival. Lunches and dinners at the hotel are beyond praise. The price is very moderate, about 20 euro / person. If you want variety, you can dine at fish restaurants (go left from the hotel) or Kazan restaurant to the right. ). I recommend visiting the Golden Souk, I think something will definitely interest you. The cards are sold in Dubai (where you can go by taxi or free shuttle bus). 4. The hotel is quite decent in terms of service and food. They love children very much, and they have a good attitude towards everyone. We booked a superior room with sea view. The rest of the rooms have a narrow small window at the top (annoying). Also keep in mind that you need to pay for the beach, in the hotel opposite. I recommend it, instead of free ones. The free beach, to the left of the hotel, is quite decent and clean, gently sloping and safe, but locals come there (and to all free ones) and watch (I said softly) women. Unpleasant.

Read valuable advice in the hotel reviews, where you had to ask a question, you won’t get lost in Sharjah, you can ask for cards in the Dubai metro at stations and bus stations http://www.turpravda.com/ae/shardzha/Lords_Hotel_Sharjah-h21019. html
