We are going to rest in Sharjah from 29 Dec. to 5 Jan. We will spend most of our vacation there. But on New Year's Eve we booked a hotel in Dubai (to meet there, watch fireworks and go to sleep, and not scour a taxi and try to leave, which is impossible, judging by the stories on New Year's Eve until 4 in the morning))). sharjah to dubai 1 bottle of champagne. So we almost don’t drink, but the new year is a tradition)) 1 bottle of Russian champagne with you in your luggage is possible. We arrived in Sharjah, while they left the hotel in the room in a suitcase. But then take her from Sharjah to Dubai ... is it possible? I just read that the transportation of alcohol from the emirate to the emirate is impossible. Or does this only apply if they are being transported from Dubai to Sharjah? if the bottle is packed (well, there in cardboard or even like a thread), can it be transported?

I don’t quite remember :)) where did you read all this :))
we flew to Sharjah airport, and lived in Dubai, bought alcohol directly in duty free (where the prices were normal) and right in the packages, they took it with us ..
no one even looked.

You are not carrying a wagon of alcohol, but only one bottle. Put in a bag or bag and Happy New Year to you!!!! Do you know how much alcohol our Duty Free took out!!!! Your bottle is a needle in a haystack))))) Don't worry!!!!

Prohibition in Sharjah is a ban on drinking alcohol in public places, a ban on the sale of alcohol and a ban on appearing in public places while intoxicated.
What's in someone's bag - no one cares. There is no border between Sharjah and Dubai)

don't worry and feel free to bring champagne with you! if you do not drink it right on the street, then everything will be ok)

We flew to Sharjah and there was alcohol in our luggage, you can also buy it in duty free even in Sharjah!
There were no problems.
At the hotel, we did not find a companion to drink at least for arrival, so we left alcohol in the room - do not drag it back home.
