Yes, there is such a guide, constant verbal diarrhea! When we were there, we did not go on excursions, we enjoyed the sea and imported wine in a shop behind the hotel. We went to Dubai on our own - they take money from the hotel (I don’t remember the price in my review). You can probably find a tour desk somewhere nearby or in the RAH, as well as car rental. The hotel has its own travel agency, try asking them, it seems cheaper. The windows in our room were open. Fan, I don't think so. There are generally rooms "full" and improved standard (there is a kettle).
