There is nowhere to get out except Dubai and Abu Dhabi in some places. If you take Ajman, then I would recommend Ajman Palace (I lived there) or Fairmont (I judge only by the restaurant and Dobby, we went for lunch once). There is alcohol, the food is excellent.
