Jumeirah is far from Dubai and as a result you will only see them on your way. Better choose beach hotels in Sharjah. And Dubai is nearby (20 minutes by taxi) and during the day you can lie on the beach. And in Dubai there is something to see, this is not a beggarly Egypt for you - and oceanariums, and awesome water parks, but shopping !!!! And ultra-modern buildings and a fairy tale city!

I am not interested in the UAE. I don't even look at them. The Persian Gulf is a dead puddle diluted with gasoline. Skyscrapers and shopping never interested me at all. There is no nature in the UAE, excursions are dubious. I, like you, love Egimet precisely because of the sea. For me personally, the alternative to Egypt is Tai, the Great Barrier Reef, the Maldives.
