We chose with our son as an economy option accommodation not in Dubai, but in Sharjah. We love to travel very much. At the exit from the hotel there is a metro station, a mini market and a lot of cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget, next to the Emirates Mall. This is a city hotel and has a gym and rooftop pool. We took a tour for breakfast, so as not to become attached to the hotel and did not regret it. The breakfasts are very varied, plentiful and tasty. For dinner, we went to restaurants near the hotel or ordered takeaway there. The portions are huge, we took one for two. From the hotel there is a bus twice a day, it takes you to the PAID beach for free, we didn’t like it.

It depends on what excursions you are going on. We chose a hotel close to the beach, lived on Jumeirah Road, at the Holiday Inn hotel. Inexpensive and everything worked out. They take you to the metro if you need it for free, to the beach too, and they take you to the malls, although you can do it yourself, which is what we did. We saw everything we wanted. And as for me, the main thing is that the hotel is not in Deira, but in good area.

If you're looking for an inexpensive option, check out the Holiday Inn Express-2.3..the service is great! Rooms and breakfast too! The room has a kettle.tea.coffee.cream..if you are going now, it will still be cool to swim..although it is our Slavs who bathe.But the water is cool. Of course it is better to live in Dubai! There is public transport - buses, metro, buy a card (it is one for all types of transport) and go! Taxi is also acceptable. In the center, all the hotels, let's say so .. not cheap. But it depends on how much you expect. And the hotels in the center are all urban, that is, far from the sea. A good area of Dubai Marina and the sea are nearby and there are plenty of entertainment, but all the hotels there are luxurious.

For example, Abu Dhabi, we were going on our own, and we had already developed a route, metro, bus, taxi, again a taxi and again a taxi .... but when we were offered a car for the whole day for 100 USD, and we were driving 4 people at 25 for each, then the question disappeared by itself, And the hassle is less and cheaper, and the driver was waiting for us exactly as much as we wanted.
