Ras Al Khaimah and Um Al Quwain are the smallest emirates, poor and remote from civilization, therefore, most, of course, go to Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah to combine everything - relaxation, shopping, excursions, independent exploration of Dubai, visiting restaurants, riding the subway and other, other. Abu Dhabi is the second most advanced emirate, although the capital. They also go there, but less. Why are there only Ferrari World and the Sheikh Zayed Mosque. In general, if you want a relaxing holiday, your own beach, feel free to go there. Not only shopping, and, in fact, it is not in the first place. All the interesting things of the Emirates, all the goodies are concentrated in Dubai. As for me, if you are going to the UAE for the first time and want some impressions, feel free to go to Dubai, because in no other emirate there is the tallest building in the world, the most expensive hotel in the world, and so on))) I would go to other Emirates only having visited Dubai at least 2-3-4 times.
